Privacy Policy

Smart Visual Counter ("the App") is developed and operated by OpenClawFarm ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the App. Please read it carefully before using the App.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
- Anonymous account: On first launch, an anonymous account (a randomly generated identifier) is automatically created to associate your wallet balance, counting history, and uploaded images. It contains no personally identifiable information.
- Apple Sign In: If you choose to bind your account via Sign in with Apple, we receive an Apple-provided user identifier and (if you authorize) an email address, which may be an Apple private relay email.
1.2 Content You Upload
- Images used for counting. Images are uploaded via signed URLs to encrypted private cloud storage and are accessible only to you.
1.3 Service Usage Data
- Count job records: image path, query keyword, count result, mode, confidence, latency
- Wallet credit balance and consumption / grant / purchase transactions
- In-app purchase records (transaction ID and product ID provided by Apple)
- Subscription status (renewal date, active state)
1.4 What We Do Not Collect
- Contacts, location, or health data
- Microphone or camera data beyond image counting use
- Device advertising identifiers (IDFA, IDFV) for ad tracking
2. Purposes of Use
- Provide AI visual counting service
- Maintain user accounts, wallets, and subscription status
- Prevent abuse and fraud (e.g. credit-gaming detection)
- Troubleshooting and customer support
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services. Their respective privacy policies also apply:
- Apple Inc.: App Store distribution, In-App Purchase, Sign in with Apple
- Supabase Inc.: Database, authentication, file storage (data center in Tokyo)
- AI inference provider: We send images to a third-party large model API for recognition and counting. We transmit only image content, not your account information.
4. Data Storage and Retention
- Server-side data is stored in Supabase's Tokyo data center, with HTTPS encryption end-to-end
- We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service
- When you delete your account in the App, all associated data (including uploaded images) is immediately and permanently deleted and cannot be restored
5. Your Rights
You can at any time:
- Delete all your data immediately in the App via "Account → Delete Account"
- Contact us via email to inquire, correct, or export your data
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe such information has been collected by mistake, please contact us via the email below to delete it.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date". Material changes will be notified via in-App notifications.
